Moody’s Barn is named after David Moody, CAN’s first volunteer and later a valued administrator who supported our work for many years. The cottage reflects David’s steady presence and contribution, offering a grounded, welcoming space for guests.

Accommodation details

  • Sleeps 2 adults comfortably, with space for up to 2 children on the mezzanine level.

  • Additional cot bed available on request.

  • Open‑plan kitchen and sleeping area on the main level, with exposed brick walls adding character.

  • Disability‑friendly wet room on the ground floor.

  • Mezzanine level (above the bathroom) accessed via stairs or ladder (depending on final design), providing a cosy sleeping or play space for children.

Interiors & amenities:

The barn conversion balances rustic elements with modern comfort, making it feel both special and easy to live in. As with the other cottages, furnishings are locally sourced and include reclaimed pieces where possible, in keeping with CAN’s environmental values.
